Snickerdoodle Saturday

Tomorrow my mother-in-law is hosting a lovely lunch catch up at her place with my brother-in-law's folks so I offered to bring along some extra dessert.  What's more yummy than fresh baked cookies?  I think the only turn-off to these particular ones is its name.  I must think of a more accurate description because "snickerdoodle" won't translate too well with the Aussie relatives.
